Prayer Request
OK, Duller is a flaming hypochondriac, so I can't talk to him about a whole lot, coz he gets all warped out over nothing and that kinda works on me after a while. Here's the deal. I still haven't gotten the adjustable bed thing worked out and right now I have a pretty achy neck and shoulders. That was aggravated by 14 hours in the truck Saturday.
Yesterday, I apparently strained a muscle in my left arm carrying a semi-hefty plant for about 5 minutes. OK, it wasn't all THAT heavy, but it doesn't take much these days. Last night, I started little getting muscle spasms - for lack of a better term - in one small area. The weird thing is, they came and went for a while, then, once I went to bed and got comfortable, they disappeared. I went all day without any, now they're back, quite a bit weaker, so hopefully in a day or so, they'll be gone for good. If I can get my arm in just the right position, they go away. I'm pretty sure it's connected, somehow, to the achy neck/back/shouder thing. Please pray with/for me that this will pass quickly and that I'll have peace about it in the meantime.
It figgers, every time I make up my mind to get more active, something happens to incapacitate me. Or at least slow me down. But I'm doggedly determined and I'm doing as much as I can as long as I can. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
Have a JESUS-filled day! ^i^

Heya Sophie!
You wouldn't believe how much I think of you. I had this site bookmarked, but seems it got lost in the long list of favorites....
Becky let me know you'd posted over at GJ and I had to hightail it over there to see if what she said was true! You ARE moving and getting rid of all your great junk. I hope where ever you move to has junk as good as where you are now. I loved reading of your excursions and the great stuff you found.
Becky and I still get together. We talk on the phone and keep in touch on the MSN Junkyard Misfits sight that Wendy started way back when. There are still about 8 of us that check in regularily. Alison (Dawiff) flew out for a visit a couple years ago. That was GREAT.
I don't have my bug anymore. It died.
Last fall. I got a new car. A Chevy Aveo, which is a really cute car too, but nuthin like the bug. I really miss it.
Now, about your zings and pains....have you been to a chiropractor?
Anyway, I wanted to say a more personal "hi" and to let you know I'll try and keep up with you here!
Jean
