Promised pics
I'm just copying/pasting these thumbnails from blogger. My connection went wonky earlier, so I didn't get them all posted. If you want to wade through looking for a few more, you can click here for the album I threw together this afternoon. Still haven't gotten to all the pics I took, but this is a pretty good sampling. 8-]

A breather? I wish!
Love the birdies, especially the peacocks!
wow! what a beautiful area. Can't wait to see some of that. We are going to St Augustine. So we will be alittle more southern. Hope your weekend is great.
Hey Soph! I had to go to the post below this one that I missed and read it all. It sounds like y'all had a great road trip....minus the stained sheets at the hotel!
:wha: I think I'd have been given a refund and that night for free! That was just SOOO gross! Makes you really wonder what the heck went on in that bed! Yuck!
Anyway, your pics are wonderful! I love them all! Sorry I've not been around much. I've been pretty much just throwing up a post here & there lately and not even getting around much to comment. I suppose my heart's not been much into Xanga lately. I miss you though!
RYC: MVTO! You are just full of surprises, aren't you? I had no idea you could speak Creek! Are you fluent?
Hey, sis . . . miss you.
Wrote this for a homesick friend who had to relocate up north, but desperately wants to come home. As soon as I was done, I thought of you. Your pictures are like an illustrated version.
We are still here
The wind whispers
Its voice scrambles
Off the sea at the Keys
And runs proud like a Seminole
In the time before being blinded
By greed and white men
Who are these creatures
It asks the water and gators
As it blows up the St. John's
From Okeechobee
Looking for a familiar face
To caress - a face like yours
To call it home
Where am I going
It gasps as it loses its way
Splitting to Tallahassee
And to the sea
As it blows east over Gainesville
Ill and in need of relief
Carrying dreams like a leaf
Hope your Easter is a wonderful one. As to the house Q we haven't had one looker so far and it's been three weeks. The market is saturated here with houses like ours. I feel like we need to put a clown on the front porch and offer free hotdogs and cotton candy just to get someone to take a look. My tulips are also freezing their little pink heads off in 20 degree weather. Don't you wish you lived in Missouri? :giggle:
Happy Easter!!!!!! May it be blessed and restful.:sunny:
:sunny::wave: So how was The Ressurection day at your house?
Call me corny but You have been on my heart ALOT lately to pray for you. I have been praying that God would guard your heart and mind and remind you who's child you really are. I am still praying that God will help you fight. I love that song by Paris. Everyone seems to think I am some tough girl but my heart hurts plenty over things I wish were different and sometimes there isn't anything to do about it but put on "the face" and move forward no matter what. God knows and I beg him for strength daily. I will do the same for you too.
